2nd Peer Visit (Niña Mallari)

Date: September 4, 2010 Objective: Venue: (Niña Mallari) # 501 Esteban St. Dalandanan Valenzuela City Participants: Teody Auxilian & Meanne Dao Outcome: The staffs found out that Nina cannot go out of their house because it is not accessible inside and outside their house. In order for her to go out, she needs to be carried out. She also mentioned about her interest to get a prosthesis. But she may not be able to get it because she plan to return to their province. Evaluation: The staffs notice that Nina would like to have many friends and someone she can talk to. Because she is limited to only staying inside their home, she have no opportunity to make friends. Also, we notice that she is very shy when joining a bigger group. It is important that the staff of the center to work her self-confidence.
