Outcome: There are many participants. The whole day affair was an enjoyable experience for everyone. The participants verbalized their appreciation on the effort of the center to create activities for them to join. Some participants showed some changes in their attitude as a person living with disability.   Evaluation: Presently, many persons with disabilities are unable to go out of their house for many reasons. 1)physical barriers prevents them from going in and out of their house, 2) assistance, 3) do not have money, and 4) self-confidence. The combination of any of the reasons prohibits their participation and enjoyment of their freedom to move around and participates in community life.
