Support Group in Batangas

Dalawin (P.A.) 20.                De Vila, Edwin 21.                Enriques, Arnold   Outcome:           The cooperation between LHILC and SCIF helped promote the IL Philosophy to persons with disabilities in Batangas. The local government, the group of persons with disabilities recognizes the effort that LHILC and Edwin De Villa are extending to their municipality.   Evaluation:           The activities in San Juan Batangas may take longer time in order to empower persons with disabilities. It is important to build their capacity and allow them to take the natural course for empowerment.
