Date: September 10, 2010 Objectives: 1. To introduce life haven independent living center. 2. To know the general condition of the visited person with disability. 3. To know what help/assistance life haven independent living center can extend to the visited person with disability. 4. To encourage the visited person with disability to join the activities of life haven independent living center. Venue: (Fernando Adriano) # 16-i San Guillermo St. Karuhatan Valenzuela City Participants: Eric Dy & Teody Auxilian Outcome: 1. LHILC staffs successfully introduced the center and its services to Fernando. 2. LHILC staffs learned the general condition of Fernando and his need for a wheelchair. Evaluation: Fernando has curiosity when visited by LHILC staffs because of what he encountered before when visited by a fellow disabled person. He was offered assistance but nothing happened. And now, he is expecting that there will be a positive result for the visit. |
