Date: April 16, 2010 Objectives: 1. To denounce the disqualification of the party list for persons with disabilities. 2. To show unity among the sector. Venue: Commission on Election (Comelec), Intramuros, Manila Participants: From LHILC are Teody Auxilian & Jun Bernandino and many more from other DPOs. Outcome: The sector of persons with disabilities express their disappointment on the ruling of Comelec against the party-list of person with disabilities. The activity, solidify the union of different DPOs in support of common goals. Evaluation: Although the party list was not reconsidered, the show of unity of the sector has been recognized. |
