Participants:

Abner Manlapaz & Eric Dy

Outcome:

Manuel welcomed Abner and Eric. All the objectives were met.

Evaluation:

Manuel is not interested to go out of their house because he is not comfortable in hot environment. He feels light-headed whenever the environment is hot. For this reason, he limits his activities inside and around his house. After meeting Manuel, he expressed his interest to participate in LHILC activities when he was asked by the staffs. Even though he expressed his interest, Manuel still hesitated to join the activities of the center at the beginning. But the staffs continue to encourage Manuel to give the activities a chance. Eventually, Manuel joined the activities and discovers that it is possible for him to have activities outside his home. Now, Manuel enjoys coming to the activities of the center.
