(3rd) Peer Visit (Cenen Leonardo)

Date: September 4, 2010 Objective: 1. To follow-up on the condition of cenen. 2. To know why he cannot attend the support group activities. Venue: (Cenen Leonardo) # 3029 F. Bautista St. Ugong, Valenzuela City Participants: Teody Auxilian & Meanne Dao Outcome: Cenen is willing to attend but cannot because he cannot get assistance if his mother is not at home. Cenen also have difficulty waking up early because he is used to wake up late. The reason for this is because his mother is usually working from the morning until 12 noon. Because of this, no one is going to help Cenen if he wakes up early than the usual. Evaluation: Cenen depended so much from his mother. Activities and attitude of Cenen was influenced by the lifestyle of her mother. It may be both beneficial for Cenen and his mother if Cenen can have personal assistant to enable him to rely on himself. But, it may take longer time to change the habit that Cenen is so used to.
