To know what help/assistance life haven independent living center can extend to the visited person with disability. 4. To encourage the visited person with disability to join the activities of life haven independent living center. Venue: (Christian Carlo Palma) #33 Filrezam Subd. Canumay West Valenzuela City Participants: Jun Bernandino & Eric Dy Outcome: 1. LHILC staffs successfully introduced the center and its services to Christian and his family. 2. LHILC staffs learned the general condition of Christian and his family and his need for a wheelchair. Evaluation: The family's priority seems to be the management of his hemophilia and where to get donors for the blood transfusion and how to have a wheelchair. |
